DEPOSITS
For all appointments I require a non refundable deposit.
One session tattoos require a $200 non refundable deposit
Multiple session tattoos such as a full back tattoo require a $600 non refundable deposit
The deposit will be held until the last session of the tattoo.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
All cancellations and appointment reschedules must be made via EMAIL at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
This includes any appointment where we are scheduled to meet in person, including reconsults.

Once a cancellation or reschedule has been requested you have 30 days to set a new appointment prior to your deposit being forfeited.
